CUSTOM AUTOMOTIVE MAT RETURN POLICY |
- Embroidered & custom mats are not returnable except for a manufacturer's defect in workmanship. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered, please notify us within 14 days of receipt regarding any defect or error in the production of your automotive mats and we will promptly replace or refund your order. We will make arrangements to have your order returned to the manufacturer.
- Custom embroidered mats, for example, with emblems, personal initials, or names are not returnable due to their custom nature. If they are defective, then we will exchange them for defects only, not issues such as incorrect mat color, etc.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pick the correct mat color. If you are not sure of the correct color, please contact us at 800.327.8847, ext. 218, prior to placing your order.
Based on your monitor settings, colors viewed on this or any website may not appear as intended. If you're uncertain about a product's color, feel free to call us and we'll be happy to assist you. |
Domestic Shipping |
AutoMatCollection.com has a simple flat rate shipping policy based on the total dollar amount of the order. UPS & FedEx are preferred carriers for domestic shipments. We do have the right to use the carrier of our choice. Please refer to the shipping chart for our ground shipping rates. Delivery times vary upon destination and production time. Standard domestic shipping may take up to 7 business days, and is not available to
Alaska and Hawaii. If you wish to incur the expense of expedited delivery service, or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us to confirm the exact amount that will be added to your final purchase price. Your custom mats will ship the first business day after they are manufactured. Most custom mat orders will take at least 7-10 business days for production and U.S. domestic delivery
